I’ve gone to Halo a few times now for cuts and they’ve always been great. This time I also went for colour and a good chop - I had quite a specific style in mind and Jodie was amazing. I’ve always been nervous with hair colour after a bit of a mishap a few years ago elsewhere but Jodie has literally smashed it. She really listened to what I wanted, and I am absolutely in love with it. Thank you!!!!

I was greeted with a warm welcome, given the WiFi and offered a drink and sweet treat straight away. Jemma had found a photo based on our chat and I’m so pleased with the results - exactly as I asked for! Poppy put another toner on after she could she the first hadn’t gone as warm as they’d both hoped. I was really happy she did this rather than carry on just to rush through an appointment like some hairdressers have from past experience. Both Jemma and Poppy were friendly, professional and did a super job! I really appreciated the recommendations for next time being shared with me - this was done by both Jemma and the lady at reception who sorted out payment with me. She also offered me a drink to take away! Thanks so much for a great first experience at Halo. I’ll definitely be returning!
